How to Order?

• Take a profile photo of your child, pet, loved one or yourself and upload it to the product page (you can choose from stock silhouettes if you want). After your order for you can send the profile photo to us from our contact page or e-mail address ([email protected]).
• We will prepare a draft of the profile photo you uploaded to our site for silhouette jewelry production. We will send this draft to you within 1-3 working days for your approval.
• Production starts after the confirmation message. The jewelry will be shipped to you within 5-7 business days.
• If the product model you choose is suitable for your silhouette jewelry, you can add more than one silhouette. You can choose the number of silhouettes you want to add from the Add silhouette section on the product page. The profile photo upload area will open as much as the number of silhouettes you have selected. You can upload a profile photo and choose between stock silhouettes,  also write the name, date, etc. you can add.
• If you've chosen more than one silhouette, you can add parting beads between them.
• If you want the jewelry urgently, you can choose from stock silhouette photos, or we can produce and ship without your draft approval. (Production will start without approval for stock silhouette photos)
• We can write names and dates on silhouette jewelery. If the jewelry model you choose is suitable for writing them, the text and font selection field will open after uploading the image on the product page.

When will my order arrive?

All of the silhouette jewelry we produce is special and we are working to produce the best. Even though our production takes longer during our busy season (such as Mother's Day, Valentine's Day and Christmas), the normal production time is 5-7 working days from the date you approve the profile draft we send to you. We will prepare your order as soon as possible and send it to you.

What kind of photos should I post?

Take a profile photo of your child, pet, loved one or yourself and send it to us. The person being photographed should stand in front of a well-lit background, facing left or right.

Or you can choose from our current stock of silhouettes.

I have too many photos but I don't know which ones to post?

If you can't decide which pictures to choose or need help choosing the best one, please feel free to send us 1-2 extra photos. It makes us happy to choose the picture that will make you the happiest and best describe the theme.

With our 3D ring design software, you can choose from different ring models and write whatever you want outside or inside the ring. You can use different fonts for your writing. You can color your texts with different colors of enamel.

We can produce your ring in high quality 925 sterling silver or 14K gold. Your text will be engraved on your ring and then filled with enamel handwork with the color of enamel you choose.

You can choose different fonts in our software or you can choose from our arabic fonts.

You can write in arabic in the text part or paste the arabic words in the text part.

You can design your own letter and name necklace with our software. You can see the draft by writing the letter, name, date or any word you want in the relevant part of the design page. You can see the preview and place your order by choosing from different fonts. You can customize your necklace with different color options with gold or silver options.

We do not accept any responsibility or liability for the privacy practices of such third party services and your use of these is at your own risk.

We produce your silhouette jewelry, personalized necklaces and rings to make you happy and, stand proudly behind each of our products. Special pieces (any jewelry created with special silhouettes or personalized necklaces, rings) is the Final Sale. An exception to this is an error made by us if there was an error in your original order (such as a misspelling of a name or date). However, we must be notified of the issue within 5 days after receiving the jewelry. 

If you need to change your order, please contact us within 24 hours.

Please refer to the description of each piece of jewelry before proceeding with the purchase. The size and characteristics of each piece of jewelry are described in detail in the product description and will help you answer your questions.

For the smallest sized jewelry, some of the facial features may be less noticeable and unclear than the actual draft you will receive. Real silhouette charms are much smaller than the draft. If this is an issue for you, please opt for a larger silhouette size. We are happy to answer your sizing questions before ordering.

Every jewelry from Bejewelike is designed to be valuable, and great attention is paid to every detail. Every product you buy will arrive at your address in a stylish jewelry box, ready to be gifted. Your orders shipped by UPS cargo, TNT or DHL.
